Common Questions

What’s the difference between your monthly plans?

With both plans, you get our complete practice management software. Our DC Plus plan is geared towards those who are self-learners and don’t require live support. With this plan clients have access to our complete library of video tutorials and online user manual. Our DC Pro plan includes everything offered in our DC Plus plan and 24/7 support.

Our DC Platinum Plan is our premium offering for those looking to take their practice to the next level. It includes all add-ons with the addition of our automated practice marketing software platform. 

Is there a charge for additional users?

You can add an unlimited number of users to ChiroFusion at no cost. This includes front desk staff, CA’s, and billing personnel. If you want to add additional Providers to your account, they would be charged for a monthly subscription. We offer substantial discounts for practices with more than 2 Providers. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Can you tell me more about your training and support?

All clients, regardless of the plan they choose, receive 4 hours of live, one-on-one training with our friendly and knowledgeable team of training specialists. Additionally, all clients also have access to our complete library of video tutorials that include step-by-step instructions for all features of our practice management software and access to our online user manual. We also offer live phone and 24/7 web-based support for clients with a support plan.

Are electronic claims and ERAs included with your software?

Through our clearinghouse partner Office Ally, we offer our clients the ability to submit claims and receive ERAs directly through our software. If < 50% of your claims are government-based there is no additional fee for this service.  If > 50% of your claims are government based, your cost will be only $25/mo from Office Ally. While we show these prices on our website they are subject to change at the discretion of Office Ally. We are not affiliated with them in any way.

Can you migrate the data from my current software?

The only data that can be migrated from one EHR software to another are patient demographics. Simply supply us with a copy of your demographic file from your current EHR software in Excel or .CSV format and we’ll handle everything. Data migrations take one day and are performed after training has been completed.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Absolutely not. We like you a lot, but we’re not ready for a commitment right now. So how about we just win you back every month with an awesome product and service? Sound fair? If you should ever decide to leave us, we only ask that you provide us with 7 days written notice. Of course, it would make us sad to see you leave us. Given the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or credits on a purchase.

Can I switch between your monthly plans?

Sure! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you start with our DC Plus plan and wish to add support at a later date, we offer the following options. Three months of unlimited support for $327 or six months of unlimited support for $594.

If you are a new doctor or just think you’ll need some extra hand-holding in the beginning, we recommend starting out with a plan that includes support. Having support means that we are available to help you 24/7 365 days a year.

How long does it take to get setup with ChiroFusion?

Because we are 100% web-based, we offer the fastest and easiest setup in the industry. Once you have signed up for service, your account will be setup within 24 hours and a team member will contact you to schedule your training sessions. Training is done live through a remote screen connect and consists of 4 one-hour sessions. There is no setup required on your part. We take care of everything.
