Q. Can you tell me a little more about your company?
ChiroFusion was founded in 2012 with the goal of helping chiropractors run more profitable and productive practices. ChiroFusion is led by a proven management team with deep industry experience. As such, we fully understand the challenges faced by chiropractors when it comes to running an efficient and successful practice. We tend to view our clients more as partners as their success is integral to our success and reputation. Our company is also very strong financially and growing at an extremely rapid pace. Inc. Magazine has named ChiroFusion one of the 500 fastest growing private companies in America for 2016. We are constantly improving our software and adding new and great features, many of which have been suggested by our users.
Q. Do I have to sign a contract?
Absolutely not. We like you a lot, but we’re not ready for a commitment right now. So how about we just win you back every month with an awesome product and service? Sound fair? If you should ever decide to leave us, we only ask that you provide us with 7 days written notice. Of course, it would make us sad to see you leave us.
Q. Is ChiroFusion ICD-10 ready?
Absolutely. We have been ICD-10 ready since July 14th, 2015. We have even incorporated some helpful tools within our application to help you with the transition to ICD-10.
Q. How much does your software cost?
ChiroFusion costs up to 70% less than what the other guys are charging. You get our entire practice management solution for one low monthly price. There are no large upfront costs, hidden fees, financing plans, contacts or mandatory support plans to buy. We don’t believe in using high-pressure or gimmicky sales tactics to lure doctors into purchasing our software. Most of those so-called ‘free’ chiropractic software solutions come with limitations and hidden recurring fees. We offer 100% transparent pricing on our software.
Q. Do you charge extra for software updates?
Free software updates for life are included in your monthly subscription plan. Updates are usually released monthly and are installed automatically by us. You simply log into your practice and the update is available to you.
Q. Do you charge extra for additional users?
You can add an unlimited number of staff users at no cost. This includes front desk staff, CA’s, and billing personnel. If you would like to add additional Providers to your practice, they would be charged for a monthly subscription. We offer generous discounts for offices with more than two Providers.
Q. Are there any additional fees?
No. You get our complete EHR software which includes patient self check-in and scheduling, appointment reminders, reporting and billing and claims management, and integrated payment processing for one low, predictable monthly fee. All accounts also include an integrated Office Ally clearinghouse account. If < 50% of your claims are government-based and you submit to only participating Payers, there is no additional fee for this service. If > 50% of your claims are government based and you submit to non-participating Payers, your cost will be only $35/mo (billed by Office Ally). While we show these prices on our website they are subject to change at the discretion of Office Ally.
Q. Do you offer a live demo of your software?
We don’t offer a live demo of our product because we don’t believe that they provide you with a true representation of how great our software really is. What we do offer is an interactive video demo of our software that showcases just how awesome our software really is.
Q. How many computers can I run your software on?
As many as you like. There are no limits and no extra charges.
Q. Can you transfer the data from my current software to ChiroFusion?
The only data that can be migrated from one EHR software to another are Demographics (name, address, phone, DOB, SSN, etc..). Medical records and accounting ledgers cannot be migrated. We recommend exporting these from your current software and storing them in a HIPAA compliant cloud folder such as Google Drive or Dropbox.
With that said, we are able to migrate your Demographic data and would just need a copy of your data file in .CSV or Excel format to do so. There would be an additional charge of $50-$225 for this service. We would need to know the number of records in your file before providing you with a firm quote for the migration. Data migrations are typically done after training has been completed so we wouldn’t need the file until then.
Q. Do I need any special hardware to run your software?
ChiroFusion doesn’t require any additional hardware or complicated configurations to run because it’s 100% cloud-based. You simply open your internet browser from any PC, Mac or Tablet and log into your practice. It’s really that simple!
Q. Do I need an account with a Clearinghouse to submit electronic claims?
ChiroFusion has partnered with Office Ally to process electronic claims. You can use the clearinghouse of your choice, but we highly recommend using Office Ally for several reasons. Our software’s interface is tightly integrated with Office Ally and can transmit e-claims and receive electronic EOBs without any additional steps. Real-time status updates for all claims are also available from within our software’s interface, so you’ll know if your claims have been accepted and processed properly. Please contact Office Ally directly for additional information on their service.
Q. Can I use the clearinghouse of my choice with ChiroFusion?
If you already have an existing clearinghouse account, you can continue using this account without having to do any further paperwork. Simply choose the ‘export claim file’ option after approving your claims in the billing module. A claim file will be generated and exported to your desktop that can be uploaded to most 3rd party clearinghouses. With ChiroFusion, you have the option to practice the way you want to practice.
Q. What features are included in your software?
ChiroFusion is a fully-integrated, cloud-based complete practice management software that was built exclusively for chiropractors. It includes all the features you need to run an efficient and profitable practice like patient self check-in and online scheduling, appointment reminders, reporting, billing, claims management and integrated payment processing.
Q. Do you offer automated appointment reminders?
We offer both email and text appointment reminders. There is no charge for unlimited email appointment reminders. Our text message reminders offer a more robust feature set including the ability to customize the time they are sent out and real-time appointment confirmations that update within the Calendar.
Q. Do you offer online appointment scheduling?

Q. Can I upload images and documents to a patient’s electronic medical file?
You can easily upload documents and images to a patient’s file.
Q. Is ChiroFusion customizable?
Our chiropractic EMR software is customizable and can be utilized by other disciplines as well including PTs and massage therapists.

Q. Why is cloud-based software superior?
ChiroFusion is unique in that it’s 100% cloud-based. Cloud-based applications live on the internet rather than on your local computer. The major advantage for you as a user is that there is never any software to download, install, update or maintain. Also, with cloud-based software, you can access your practice data from any internet connected device anytime, anywhere.

Q. Is my data safe?
We take your data security very seriously. ChiroFusion runs on Fortune 500 SaaS infrastructure to not only ensure your security, but also the continuous uptime of your account. Your data will be both secure from intrusion and constantly backed up, so you’ll never lose crucial information or access to your records. Most people are already allowing a great deal of their sensitive data to be stored in the cloud. Email systems like Gmail and Yahoo! are stored in the cloud. Online banking, shopping and personal information on social sites like Facebook are all cloud-based systems as well.
Q. Do I need any special hardware to run ChiroFusion?
You do not need any additional or special hardware to run our software. It can run on a PC, Mac or Table. For optimal performance, we recommend using a PC or Mac with a screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768 and a 15″ monitor and the Google Chrome browser.
Q. How’s your support team?
We think we’re a pretty awesome group of individuals! All employees of our company are part of the support team – including the owners of the company. We offer live phone support from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm ET M-F and 24/7 365 day web-based support.
Q. What type of training do you offer?
All clients receive 4 one-hour live training sessions on our software. We will walk you through our entire software program and answer any questions or concerns you have related to its use. We also provide a complete series of video tutorials that will walk you through all areas of our software in our Help Center.
Q. What is the learning curve for your software?
Our current clients find our software very intuitive and their learning curve is surprisingly short. Most doctors can feel comfortable using the system within a few hours. Our live training sessions also provide an avenue to minimize the learning curve and get hands-on training.
